Ke Ola Movement was born out of a passion for movement, freedom and adventure. The story begins with a journey around the world, a love for surfing and the thrive to find the best waves on the planet. During this search, I discovered Pilates, an effective workout that can be practiced anywhere, anytime. This holistic training method quickly became a staple in her routine.
During my travels, I attended Pilates classes around the globe, learning different styles and techniques, deepening my knowledge. The transformative power of Pilates eventually inspired me to become a trainer myself.
Growing up surrounded by mountains, I was always drawn to action sports, paragliding, surfing, skiing … fast-paced movements.
But it’s the contrast that shaped me the most. In my world of dynamic motion and high-impact movement, I found my balance in Pilates. Its slow, controlled and sustainable approach taught me how to move with intention and purpose, gain exceptional body control, care for my body and build strength that truly lasts.
Portugal, the country where the journey began, ultimately became the backdrop for my path to becoming a Pilates instructor.
What I love most about Pilates is its purposeful and controlled approach, which brings me balance and continues to teach me lessons far beyond the mat.
