Ke Ola Movement

Ke Ola Movement was born out of a passion for movement, freedom and adventure. The story begins with a journey around the world, a love for surfing and the drive to find the best waves on the planet. During this search, the founder discovered Pilates, an effective workout that can be practiced anywhere, anytime. This holistic training method quickly became a staple in her routine.

During her travels, she attended Pilates classes around the globe, learning different styles and techniques, deepening her knowledge. The transformative power of Pilates eventually inspired her to become a trainer herself.

Growing up surrounded by mountains, she was always drawn to action sports—paragliding, surfing, skiing—fast-paced movements that challenge and exhilarate her.

But it’s the contrast that shaped her the most. In her world of dynamic motion and high-impact thrills, she found her balance in Pilates. Its slow, controlled and sustainable approach taught her how to move with intention and purpose, gain exceptional body control, care for her body and build strength that truly lasts.

Portugal, the country where the journey began, ultimately became the backdrop for her path to becoming a Pilates instructor.
