Hypopressive Training

A powerful technique that focuses on breathing and posture exercises. Hypopressive training relieves the spine, strengthens the deepest core muscles (including the pelvic floor, the transversus abdominis, and the multifidus), promotes pelvic floor health, improves posture and breathing, and can significantly reduce back pain.
